The Minister of National Education, Mr Chukwuemeka Nwajiuba has been attacked for his bid for the presidency.
On Wednesday, Nwajiuba approved an All Progressive Congress (APC) nomination form for President 2023.
Nwajiuba, who accepted the nomination form at a party hosted by Project Nigeria Group (PNG) in Abuja on Wednesday, urged the party to place their trust in him as its new symbol of unity, growth and renewal.
In response, Deji Adeyanju, an activist for Nigerians, described the Minister as a “mockery of the Nigerian people.”
“The Minister of Education just bought a N100m APC presidential nomination form and ASUU is still on strike.
“Today is day 72 since students have been home. These are the clowns that deceived Nigerians with CHANGE in 2015,” he wrote on Twitter.
