The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kebbi has distributed about 300 motorcycles to the party’s wards.
This came just days after Abubakar Malami shared a large number of vehicles with his supporters in preparation for his campaign.
Sharing the motorcycles to the beneficiaries in Birnin Kebbi on Wednesday, Kebbi APC chairman Abubakar Kana-Zuru said the motorcycles were purchased with personal donations from senior members of the group.
“Each of the 225 ward chairmen and other 75 important ward members of the APC took possession of the new high performance motorcycle for campaign activities preparatory to the 2023 general elections,” stated Mr Kana-Zuru. “The motorcycles were presented to the beneficiaries solely for campaign purposes to all nooks and crannies of the state.”
Mr Kana-Zuru warned the beneficiaries of selling motorcycles for profit.
The deputy chairman of the APC zonal in Kebbi North, Sahabi Lolo, thanked all members of the APC for their support and prompt response to party matters.
Speaking again, the chairman of the APC Elders ’Forum, Sani Hukuma-Zauro, reaffirmed his unwavering support for the administration of Governor Atiku Bagudu.
