President Buhari Commissions New Airport Terminal In Lagos

President Muhamadu Buhari arrived in Lagos on Tuesday Morning March 22nd to commission and inspect some of the projects carried out by the state government and Aliko Dangote.

The Governor of Lagos State Babajide Sanwo-Olu and some members of the Lagos State Executive Council were out to welcome the president and his entourage as he arrived at the presidential wing of Murtala Muhammed Airport surrounded by tight security.

Buhari Sallau, one of the aides to the president, shared photos and a list of all the projects commissioned by the president via a Facebook post.

The picture above shows the new terminal at the Murtala Muhammed international airport commissioned by the president. The terminal contains 66 check-in counters and has the capacity to process 14 million passengers on a yearly basis.

The new terminal of the Murtala Muhammad International Airport would make movement in and out of the country much easier.

Other activities carried out by the president include commissioning of the Dangote fertilizer plant and Inspection of the Lekki deep seaport.
