The party had released a list of candidates for the presidency to be considered today (Friday).
The last day to submit the completed forms was April 25 and the date for the screening of the presidential candidates was fixed on 29 April.
A statement from the party’s National Publicity Secretary, Debo Ologunagba, in Abuja last Thursday issued new dates for screening candidates for various posts.
The PDP had amended its nomination and interest-bearing forms for N40 million, N21 million for the administration, N3.5 million for the Senate, N2.5 million for the House of Representatives and N600,000 for the State House of Assembly.
Mr Ologunagba said after careful consideration of various issues and concerns in the party, the PDP extended the deadline for the purchase of interest and nomination forms until Friday.
