A damaged airplane has been spotted on a busy Lagos highway on Tuesday night, according to videos shared on social media, causing serious traffic jam.
The airline, which did not appear to be marked, was spotted on Agege Motor Road near the busy Ikeja Along Bus Stop, witnesses said.
It was not immediately clear what happened to the plane, which had damaged wings, as accounts differ. Some commenters said it crash-landed around 8:33 p.m., while others said it was being towed to a repair workshop near the airport.
